Yes. Binaural beats require headphones or earbuds to work, since each ear must receive a different frequency. Over-ear headphones provide the best experience.
Our AI analyzes your session history, effectiveness ratings, time of day, and preferences to recommend the optimal session type, frequencies, and sound layers for you. The more you use the app, the better the recommendations become.
